How to work with yoyomeeting

Thank you for your interest in yoyomeeting, the meeting management tool for Office 365. Designed as an add-in for Outlook and Outlook on the Web, you will need a valid Microsoft Office license for Office 365 Business Premium or Office 365 Business Essentials.

Unfortunately, the other Office 365 packages do not contain Microsoft Exchange, which is the only technical requirement for a successful installation of the yoyomeeting add-in.

But in case you have either of the two Microsoft plans, everything is downhill from here! Just install the add-in from the Microsoft Store and get going.

Despite of our focus on simplicity, we gathered all kinds of possible support questions in the list to the right, that may arise before you think of testing yoyomeeting in a free trial.

But used once, yoyomeeting is quite as simple as creating a meeting in Outlook:

Meeting preparation
  1. Schedule your meeting and add participants etc. in Outlook
  2. Create a yoyomeeting agenda in the Outlook calendar item
Holding a meeting
  1. Start the meeting with the “yoyomeeting agenda panel” from your Outlook calendar item
  2. Click “Start meeting” in the add-in
  3. Go through each agenda item and take notes, assign tasks and take decisions
Finishing a meeting
  1. Click “End meeting”
  2. Select who (else) should get the meeting summary
  3. Rate your meeting and send all results
